Our Decor Packages for your tables can be customized for your vision. From Classic Elegant with glass and acrylic, to Boho Chic dried flowers and vases to Vintage Eclectic with brass and mismatched pretties.. We can do it all!!

Our Furniture Pieces can be rented individually or as a package.
For Example: Rent our 2 Peacock chairs and a Table separately or Rent our Sweetheart Table Package that is fully styled for you with furniture and decor.
All of our treasures have been lovingly curated to provide you with a variety of styles to meet your vision.
Our design services are part of our art. We take pride in taking what looks like a couple pieces of furniture and turning it into an amazing stylized setting that adds magic to your event.

Our package pricing is perfect for the ready to go, fully decorated vignette. Each package includes our styling and decor. Styling Fees are based on the size and style of your event.

Coordiantion
Erie Poppy provides 2 types of Event Coordination services for our clients.
Our Full Coordination Services start as soon as you say "I DO".
In fact, we strongly recommend hiring a Coordinator before even securing a venue. The Event Industry has changed soooo much. We want to make sure you have help navigating this process. After all, Its a pretty big investment.
These services start at $2200 and can increase based on inflation, your specific requests and staffing.
Our Month of Coordination comes in clutch to get all those last minute details ironed out, organized and perfected. We handle final timeline development and vendor coordination along with last minute emergencies set up.
These services start at $1750 and can increase based on inflation, your special requests and staffing.
Dessert Table Package $200

Your choice of wooden display pieces with decor and cake stands or containers. Perfect for Pop Corn Bars, Cake and Cupcake Tables, Smores Bars or Pie Tables
Arches and Arbors $220
Each of our Arches or Arbors comes with set up, draping and front scape decor. Floral Clusters can be created by us or your florist and added for an extra fee
Our Infamous 8 ft Rustic Farmhouse Tables $110 each (includes full decor)
We are the ONLY company in Erie County that provides this option and they rent QUICKLY! Each of our tables has been hand built by our owners from hand picked locally sourced lumber. They seat 6-10 persons each. We provide tabletop decor based on your style and decorate these to match your vision!

Our Sweetheart Table Packages $200
Our Sweetheart Table packages include your table, frontscape decor to match your style, chargers, china, champagne flutes, vintage goblets, linens, flatware and tabletop decor. Last but not least, the special place to rest your feet: Chairs, Rattan, settee all available in various styles and colors.
