Erie Pop Up Wedding & Events is based in Erie, Pennsylvania in an area that boasts the most beautiful sunsets, glorious vineyards and 4 picturesque seasons that keep our area bustling with things to do all year round.

We pride ourselves in being sassy and Erie bred with an edge that keeps us constantly on the cusp of new ideas and trends to make sure our clients are always getting the most stylish event details. We are bold, energetic, creative and hard working all while being consummate professionals.

Pop Ups Events are appealing to a clientele focused on social, environmental and fiscally conscious responsibility. The culture we live in demands that we all become more aware of how we operate within the world around us and in relationship to those we hold dear.

 

Erie Pop Ups is invested in that approach as we provide the sharing of so many details that would previously be needlessly wasted. We focus on upcycled décor, technology that eliminates waste and the dedication to meaning and experiences instead of things.

Here is how we do it:  We pick the venue and style, we secure all of your vendors except your officiant, hair and make up and apparel.  Then we plan a day of amazing stylized Pinterest worthy wedding, either 2 or 3 back to back.

Managing the choas so you don't have to

Cyndi is a hometown Erie girl with an edge and unique perspective from living all over the country. She followed her husbands military career for 20 years, finally landing back home where they met at Edinboro University. For years she worked for the United States Navy in various roles, specializing in public relations, resource management and crisis management. She was also the 5 year Board President for The Fallen Soldiers Picnic Non Profit that worked diligently to support Veterans and Gold Star Families, where she led the coordination and execution of their annual event that brought in organizations from all over the Eastern US, attracted thousands of people and raised over $65,000. She excels in managing details and has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel at ease while juggling chaotic situations. She and her husband, Rob, combined Erie Countys only special event rental and design company, Lounge Vintage Events, with Erie Pop Up Wedding & Events to give you a one stop shop or all things party,  Together they have 2 young adult children who are the joy of their life. Cyndi has always been an artist and a creative free spirit. She brings her love of design and event planning, combined with her stellar managerial skills to Erie Pop Up Wedding & Events. She strives to make sure that every client has the event of their dreams with that someone special. Your day and your story is important to her. You will feel that authenticity from her as she works hard to make your day as special as your story is.
