Erie Pop Up Wedding and Events is going to be growing up and focusing on what we love and what you love most about us!
We will be focusing on our Rental, Design & Artistry and  Coordination services that are keeping us SOOOO BUSY!  

2022 will be our last year for "Pop Up Weddings" 

 For those who are looking for smaller intimate events, our Mini Monies  for 35 of your besties will be all the rage.

All Inclusive Packages that include our design, rentals and Month of Coordination services with all of your own vendors will be available to make your big day look like and run like a DREAM!

We focus on your day, your vision and your story and take as much stress off of you as possible.

We combine our stellar organization skills, our second to non design with upcycled décor and technology that eliminates waste and the dedication to meaning and experiences instead of things.

Our Mini-Monie packages are sweet and intimate fully coordinated events for you and under 40 people.

You pick the day.

You tell us the vendors you want to use (or we can suggest our favs), You give us some ideas of what setting or venue you have in mind

and then we take over and coordinate and design everything through your wedding day and reception.

Managing the choas so you don't have to

Cyndi is a hometown Erie girl with an edge and unique perspective from living all over the country. She followed her husbands military career for 20 years, finally landing back home where they met at Edinboro University. For years she worked for the United States Navy in various roles, specializing in public relations, resource management and crisis management. She was also the 5 year Board President for The Fallen Soldiers Picnic Non Profit that worked diligently to support Veterans and Gold Star Families, where she led the coordination and execution of their annual event that brought in organizations from all over the Eastern US, attracted thousands of people and raised over $65,000. She excels in managing details and has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel at ease while juggling chaotic situations. She and her husband, Rob, combined Erie Countys only special event rental and design company, Lounge Vintage Events, with Erie Pop Up Wedding & Events to give you a one stop shop or all things party,  Together they have 2 young adult children who are the joy of their life. Cyndi has always been an artist and a creative free spirit. She brings her love of design and event planning, combined with her stellar managerial skills to Erie Pop Up Wedding & Events. She strives to make sure that every client has the event of their dreams with that someone special. Your day and your story is important to her. You will feel that authenticity from her as she works hard to make your day as special as your story is.
